Johns Hopkins conference enlightens women

Johns Hopkins Medicine held their commendable women's health conference, A Woman's Journey Palm Beach 2012, at the Palm Beach Convention Center on Thursday, January 19th, 2012.
The conference gave prominence to a variety of John Hopkins faculty whom spoke on a wide array of topics regarding the maintenance of a healthy life style. As a widow to ABC News Nightline Executive Producer Leroy Sievers, Laurie Singer, an award-winning television producer, also shared her encouraging story. Laurie continues her husbands nationally recognized blog, My Cancer blog, which is now entitled Our Cancer.
Guests also had the pleasure of indulging from a healthy menu created by nutrition expert, Lynda McIntyre. The menu, consisting of various power foods, also provided strategies on how to maintain healthy eating habits.
Braman Motorcars, showcasing the 2012 Audi A5 and the Porsche 911 S Cabriolet, was one of many companies to sponsor the event.
