Once again I would like
to give praise to the Service Manager Ralph. He valued my business so
much that he really saved me alot of trouble. My 23 year old daughter
was stuck on the highway and he went out himself to help her with the
tire and she was able to drive the car to the dealership. If he hadn't

On the morning of
April 7, one of my car's warning lights went off. I immediately
contacted my service advisor, Eduardo Fuentes who told me that I could
bring the car in for an unscheduled service appointment that morning.
Within 30 minutes of my arrival at the dealership, Eduardo had taken
care of the paperwork for the service issue and sent me off with my
preferred loaner car. There's no way that anyone in your organization is
ever going to top the level of service that I've come to expect from
