January Track Event
Cold Chill - More Horsepower Dominate January Event

Braman Customers enjoy Fire Pit, Hot Chocolate and Cold-Air Intake to Boost Performance on Track

Sunday - Jan 10: As the early morning chill enveloped Palm Beach International Raceway and dawn began to break, over a dozen track workers and Braman staff were scurrying to prepare for Braman's January Track Event.

Extra planning and provisions were readied to make customers as comfortable as possible, including two fire pits, hot chocolate and tent sides to prevent wind from chilling Braman's trackside lounge.

But that didn't stop race enthusiasts from hitting the track and pushing their cars to the limit with Audi, BMW, MINI and Porsche cars dominating the scene.

Join us for our next track event at night on the Saturday evening of February 13th. We'll have plenty of lights and are adding a few more on corners for the occasion.

October Track Event As Exciting As Ever

Last event on PBIR Road Course enjoyed by all

By 5pm on Saturday, a selection of Audi, BMW, Mini and Porsche
owners had signed up and were anxiously awaiting the beginning
of the drivers meeting at  Braman's Porsche Challenge track
event at Palm Beach International Raceway.

After a brief classroom instruction on safety, course layout,
flags, and performance and driving tips by PBIR's Chris Festa, cars began lining up for a night filled with fast driving and great conversation.

The drivers were placed in four groups separated by
horsepower and driver skill. Then, each group took turns on the course for12 minute intervals where fast driving was the rallying cry.

While waiting to get on the track and for the comfort of
spectators, the Braman Lounge supplied relaxing chairs,
a live-cam feed of the track action and refreshments.

Also that night, the Porsche Panamera made its track debut as
Braman organized Porsche to dispatch three Panamera's with professional Porsche driving instructors for the event.

"This event was a perfect venue to have our customers feel theimpressive capabilities of the Panamera" state Michael Trapasso, Porsche's General Sales Manager. "There is no doubt that the Panamera is a true Porsche, sort of a big 911 that lives up to Porsche's marketing statement; Four, uncompromised" Trapasso concluded.

In addition to the Panamera attraction, the Radical race car was rolled out for pro drivers Freddy Rhemrev and  Chris Festa to give participants the ride of their life in.

A gourmet dinner was served during halftime and more driving continued through the closing of the track at10pm.

Our next event is on November 22nd and will be on the 1 mile-10 turn Kart track. This track is very good to improve your braking and turning skills. It will also be a timed event called the MINI Grand Prix.

February Track Event

Cool Weather - Fast Track
When the weather chills - Cold Air Dominates
The weather was cool and crisp. The Braman Audi, BMW, MINI and Porsche Clan were out in full force.

Braman's February Track Event provided drivers with hours of driving fun on Palm Beach International Raceway's 2-mile Road Course.

Extra lighting was brought in to enhance PBIR's superb lighting system, so drivers had excellent visibility around curves.

The evening started out with registration and a drivers meeting where a new video of the track was presented. This got drivers acquainted with lines and curves before the pace lap.

Freddy Rhemrev, Chris Festa and Adam Ricardel fielded questions and answers and provided hands on driving instruction during the event.

A great dinner was had by all when the track went cold for the dinner break and resumed again through 10pm.

Join us for the next Braman Track Event on March 14th at PBIR. It will be a Sunday daytime event.

Fabulous Weather & Track - What a Day

December Track Event
Braman Customers pick up driving skills with fast driving during Braman's December Track Event

The weather was picture perfect, with a mix of sun and light winds, providing a great backdrop for a day at the track.

Forty-eight cars in four groups  took turns at the opportunity to push their Audi's, BMW's, MINI's and Porsche's to the limit at Palm Beach International Raceway's 2-mile road course.

The day started out with an informative driver briefing with lead instructor and Race Champion Freddy Rhemrev who was assisted by PBIR's Chris Festa and Braman's Adam Ricardel.

Then, it was on the track for a day of fun. In total, drivers got to experience over 100 miles of fast driving that boosted their ability to understand the workings of their automobiles and become intimiately familiar with what their cars are capable of doing.

While not on the track, all guests, including family and friends were invited to the Braman lounge trackside for comfortable lounging on couches and leather chairs, complete with Sunday News, magazines, backgammon, chess, music, videos and a live camera feed to view drivers on the track.

J
oin us for all the fun at the next Braman Track event on January 10th.

NOVEMBER TRACK EVENT
MINI's SCORE 1-2 KNOCKOUT

Faigen, Resnick and Galmin take 1st-2nd-3rd finish
The weather was picture perfect as Braman customers lined up for the November track event sponsored by Braman MINI.

The day began with a classroom drivers meeting that familiarized drivers with the track layout and followed immediately by side-by-side racing in go carts to take the edge off and gain track experience.

Then, it was in your car for continuous laps around Palm Beach International Raceways competitive Kart track where drivers competed to better their own times and compare them with others.

Timing was achieved through transponders tied to the front of each car that can time speeds within 1/1000 of a second on each lap. Drivers were able to hone their skills by getting drivers tips from instructors and their colleagues.
